This promotional video for the US Chamber of Commerce’s study, “Enterprising States,” describes which factors contribute to American innovation. The study argues that innovation drives economic growth, and state governors have an pivotal role to play in fostering innovation. I created the entire design and animation, choosing stock footage and altering it to meet my needs.
